However, recent reports suggest that the Maple Leafs have shown interest in acquiring Canadiens’ center Jake Evans. Evans, 28, is in the final year of his contract and has recorded 11 goals and 16 assists over 56 games this season. His two-way play and playoff experience make him an appealing target for contenders like Toronto.<\/p>\n
