Penn State wrestling continues its dominance on the recruiting trail, securing the nation’s top recruiting class for 2024. Head coach Cael Sanderson has assembled an impressive lineup of talent, further solidifying the program’s future.<\/p>\n

Leading the 2024 class is Luke Lilledahl, the No. 1 overall recruit from Wyoming Seminary, who is expected to make an immediate impact at 125 pounds. Joining him are top prospects such as Joseph Sealey (No. 3), Zack Ryder (No. 5), and the Mirasola brothers\u2014Connor (No. 7) and Cole (No. 15)\u2014all of whom are poised to strengthen the Nittany Lions’ lineup.<\/p>\n

The momentum extends into the 2025 class, with commitments from elite wrestlers like PJ Duke, the nation’s top pound-for-pound wrestler at 157 pounds, and William Henckel, ranked No. 13 overall and No. 2 at 175 pounds. Other notable commits include Nate Desmond (No. 4 at 126 pounds), Dalton Perry (No. 10 at 138 pounds), and Asher Cunningham (No. 4 at 165 pounds), showcasing the program’s depth and future potential.<\/p>\n
