“Banner Raised, Emotions High: Thunder Celebrate First Title as KD Returns to OKC in Rockets Red”<\/p>\n

Opening night in Oklahoma City is set to be one for the history books \u2014 and the heartstrings. The Thunder will finally raise their first-ever championship banner, a moment years in the making for a city that has lived and breathed basketball since the franchise\u2019s arrival. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, and the rest of the young Thunder core will slip on their championship rings in front of a roaring home crowd, marking the start of a new era of glory in OKC.<\/p>\n
