Baylor University has secured a significant addition to its men’s basketball roster by acquiring freshman guard Isaac Williams from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Standing at 6’2″ and weighing 190 pounds, Williams made a notable impact during his freshman season, averaging 10.8 points, 3.7 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game over 19 appearances, with 17 starts .

Williams showcased his scoring prowess in a standout performance against Southeastern Louisiana, where he returned from injury to lead the Islanders with 23 points, shooting 9-for-12 from the field, and contributing five rebounds . His ability to drive the offense and make critical plays under pressure was evident throughout the season.
