In a major recruiting win for Penn State, the nation’s top-ranked tight end, Mark Bowman, has officially committed to the Nittany Lions. The five-star standout from Charlotte, North Carolina, chose Penn State over powerhouse programs Georgia, Notre Dame, and Tennessee in what has been one of the most hotly contested recruiting battles of the year.
Bowman, known for his elite route-running, strong hands, and physical blocking, cited Penn State’s tight end development and offensive scheme as key factors in his decision. “Coach Franklin and his staff made me feel like family.
