NASCAR NEWS: NASCAR Has suspended Bubba Wallace Today…..
As of May 31, 2025, there are no recent reports indicating that NASCAR has suspended Bubba Wallace today. The most notable suspension involving Wallace occurred in October 2022.
During the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Wallace was involved in an on-track incident with Kyle Larson. After contact between their vehicles, Wallace appeared to intentionally retaliate by hooking Larson’s car, leading to a crash that also involved playoff driver Christopher Bell. Following the crash, Wallace confronted and shoved Larson multiple times. NASCAR deemed these actions violations of Sections 4.3.A and 4.4.C & E of the NASCAR Member Code of Conduct and suspended Wallace for one race .
Since that incident, Wallace has continued to compete in the NASCAR Cup Series. Notably, he secured a third-place finish at the 2025 Cook Out 400 in Martinsville . There have been no further suspensions reported.
