In the Sheds: Jed Stuart & Seb Kris Reflect on Gutsy Tigers Win
Following the Raiders’ gritty 24-20 win over the Wests Tigers, Tommy caught up with debutant Jed Stuart and milestone man Seb Kris in the sheds for some raw post-match reflections.

It was a night to remember for 18-year-old Jed Stuart, who made his NRL debut in emotional fashion. “I can’t describe it,” he told Tommy. “Putting on the jersey, hearing the crowd—it’s something I’ve dreamed about forever. The boys really got around me, and I’m just grateful to be part of a team like this.”
Seb Kris, who notched his 100th NRL appearance, was equally proud. “It’s been a journey,” he said. “To do it with this group, especially with a young bloke like Jed making his debut—it just felt right. Everyone dug deep tonight. We showed heart.”
The sheds were filled with laughter, relief, and loud music, the atmosphere electric after such a tight contest. Stuart praised coach Ricky Stuart for his trust and guidance, while Kris highlighted the unity in the squad: “We keep showing up for each other. That’s what Canberra’s about.”
The Raiders now look to build momentum, with belief growing stronger after each hard-earned win.
