Good News for the Sea Eagles: Dominance Is Back as Star Forward Returns…

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have received a massive boost ahead of the final stretch of the 2025 NRL season. Star forward Haumole Olakau’atu has officially confirmed his return from injury, declaring he’s ready to dominate once again and lead Manly’s charge into the finals.

Olakau’atu, who had been sidelined for several weeks with a hamstring strain, brings with him an intimidating physical presence and explosive attacking flair that the Sea Eagles have sorely missed. Known for his damaging runs and brutal defence, his return couldn’t come at a better time as Manly look to cement a top-eight spot.

“I’m feeling strong, the rehab went well, and I’m just hungry to get back out there and do my job for the team,” Olakau’atu said. “We’ve got a strong group and I know we’re capable of something special.”

Coach Anthony Seibold welcomed the news, calling Haumole a “game-changer” and praising his leadership on and off the field.

With Daly Cherry-Evans guiding the side and Tom Trbojevic building fitness, Manly’s spine looks strong once again. If Olakau’atu finds form quickly, the Sea Eagles could become a serious threat as the finals approach.
