Walsh magic sinks Titans as Broncos put more heat on Hasler….
Reece Walsh lit up the Gold Coast with a dazzling display to help the Brisbane Broncos overpower the Titans 34-20, piling pressure on under-fire coach Des Hasler. Walsh, returning from injury, scored a stunning solo try and set up two more as Brisbane surged in the second half after a tense opening 40 minutes.

The Titans, who led 14-10 at the break, showed early fight but faltered under Brisbane’s pace and power. Despite a strong effort from AJ Brimson and David Fifita, errors and missed tackles cost the hosts.
Hasler, already facing speculation over his future, watched helplessly as the Broncos ran in four unanswered tries in the final 30 minutes. Brisbane’s win keeps them firmly in the top-eight hunt and boosts confidence ahead of a tough run home.
Post-game, Broncos coach Kevin Walters praised Walsh’s “electric impact,” while Hasler conceded his side “switched off when it mattered most.” The Titans now face a critical fortnight that could define their season—and Hasler’s tenure.
