Alex Pearce has spoken of his pride and excitement after committing his future to the club with a new seven-year contract extension, describing the decision as one of the easiest of his career.
The experienced defender said the long-term deal reflects his belief in the direction the team is heading and the strong culture being built behind the scenes. “I’m incredibly grateful for the faith the club has shown in me,” Pearce said. “This place means a lot to me, and I’m proud to be part of what we’re building.”
Pearce highlighted the unity within the playing group and the support from coaches and fans as key reasons behind his commitment. “We’ve got a special group of players who are hungry to improve and compete at the highest level. I truly believe our best football is still ahead of us.”
